Our Story

Born on a roast day.

Kwaris started with a secondhand roaster, a stubborn palate, and one rule: never roast more than we can taste. Every small batch that leaves our George roastery has been cupped, sipped and argued over by the family.

We buy from growers we know by name, roast to the bean — not to a schedule — and rest every batch before it ever hits your cup. That's why our coffee tastes like someone cared. Because someone did.
